If you attended KPOPCON’13, please check your emails and fill out convention survey. We want to hear what you thought about the convention- the good, the bad, and the ugly. ;) Thank you~

Anonymous asked: "Will pictures from the convention be posted? :3"

That’s all up to everyone who took pictures! Tag us in everything! We’re trying to compile all of the committee member’s pictures into an album but we would also like to see what the convention looked like from attendee’s eyes. :D

kpopstorage asked: "Kpopcon was such a good experience! I'd like to thank each and every one of the staff members from the bottom of my heart for allowing us to have such a good time! I really really really hope that there will be another convention next year, because I will most definitely attend again. I hope SONE1 and Cass perform again next year if there is. ^^"

Weren’t SONE1 the coolest? Not only did they perform well but they came to the Fan Meet and danced some more. Their pictures from the scavenger hunt were hilarious too! AND Cass Song was a sweetheart. He was so patient during his workshop and so gracious even after the fire alarm fiasco. His fan service afterwards was also very professional.

Of course we will always ask past performers to come back if they can but you never know, KPC has opened a lot of windows for performers who have moved on to bigger and better things.

Thank you for coming out! It was a pleasure. :)

Anonymous asked: "Thank you for giving the fans of the Bay Area a chance to get together. Although I was skeptical about how much fun I would have in the beginning due to the fact that no actual idols would be coming, I was surprised to see what a great time I had! The performances were really, really, great, and the dancing workshops I attented were the best! I'm not even the least bit good a dancing, but Cass was really good at showing us each and every little step. I'll definitely attend next year's con!"

Thank you for your words. We know that having idols attend are what fans want the most but for a convention that’s as cheap as ours with very little funding and sponsorship, it’s nearly impossible.

Something that our committee loves the most though is the fact that all our performers and panelists are fans so it’s perfectly okay to fan girl/boy. It’s perfectly okay to be yourself without worrying about looking good for an idol. But even better, all of our performers and panelists were gracious enough to stick around and give fan service.

That’s something you could never guarantee at a concert. Everyone was patient and kind. Try saying that about other conventions that bring idols, try saying that about other conventions that are made by big companies and not by fans.

We designed this so that no one would feel out of place or left out. <3

Anonymous asked: "Kpopcon '13 is definitely one of my most favorite experiences! I loved the performances, the work shops, the games, and a lot of merchandise! I got some pretty cool posters from yesstyle, awesome merch from priscilla, and signed up to be a part of flightb1a4! I really hope you guys decide to do this again next year! ^^"

Woo, I bet Flight B1A4 is really happy to have a new member! We’re happy you enjoyed the convention. It couldn’t happen without attendees! Thank you! <3

chen-kitty asked: "Thank you so much for having kpopcon13!! It was my first time going, and im already excited for kpopcon14(if you guys have one.... hopefully!)"

Thank you for enjoying it. We know we didn’t have much to offer and there was craziness everywhere but we really hope that it was to everyone’s liking. <3

KPOPCON’13 is OVER!

From the bottom of all our hearts, we would like to thank every single person that attended this year’s KPOPCON, even if it was for one day, one hour, one minute or one second. We can’t thank our panelists enough, our keynote, performers, volunteers, tablers, guests, entertainment, our amazing sponsors and most importantly our attendees. Without you, our convention would have not come together at all. We had a lot of bumps and crazy turns along the way (both literally and metaphorically) but we made this year happen because nothing makes us happier than to see how everyone’s faces light up when they make friends with other fans and take part in awesome workshops. We hope you enjoyed this year’s convention. Our committee members worked many tireless hours to help put it together. Thank you so much, everyone. We hope you come back again.

If you have any pictures or videos please tag our Facebook or use the tag #kpc13 on your Twitters, Tumblrs, Instagrams, etc. We want to see and relive all the moments again and again. :)

baekstarr asked: "I really hope you guys plan on having a Kpopcon '14, because Kpopcon'13 definitely wasn't a disappointment! The performances itself was already well over worth the $15 fee - Cass Song, SONE1, and the others were awesome!"

Thank you so much. We are happy that you enjoyed the convention. All the support from fans and feedback is what helps keep it going! Thank you! <3

Anonymous asked: "Is there a place for free or cheap parking around the campus for those of us that are driving up?"

Not really. Berkeley is not car friendly.

Anonymous asked: "uh sorry, rather random question but will there be wi-fi available at the several venues for KPOPCON?"

No, sorry.
